“Attending ATD ICE with an international delegation is an exhilarating event for the amplitude of the knowledge being offered, the vastness of the event in all of its aspects, the warm and welcoming atmosphere provided by the staff and other attendees, the feeling of being part of a truly international community with people sharing the same values, and the bonding within the delegation, as a result of sharing this overwhelming incomparable and inspirational experience. Building long lasting networks with professionals from a great variety of backgrounds and from all over the world is a truly unique opportunity!”

“I’ve been part of the ATD community since 2003, and leading the Brazilian delegation since 2007 has been one of the greatest privileges of my professional journey.Every year, ATD ICE feels like a celebration of learning — a place where we grow, connect, and get inspired together with professionals from around the world. For us in Brazil, it’s not only about discovering global best practices — it’s about realizing how aligned we already are, and how much we can still evolve together. Each participant, regardless of their company or role, joins as a learner. That shared spirit of curiosity and growth creates strong and lasting connections within our community.”

“I have attended the Conference for more than twenty years. First, as a Delegation Member. Later, as a Delegation Leader. It has been an experience essential for me to grow as a professional as well as a person. I have learned not just from the speakers but also from colleagues from all over the world.”
